We know that our work is just one part of a wider system of support for children and young people. That is why we work closely in partnership with so many organisations, from statutory services to small community groups, we’re proud to partner with local organisations, schools, and grassroots groups across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Milton Keynes.
We work extensively with education settings across the Thames Valley, from primary, through secondary, FE colleges and universities.
- In addition to liaison around our support services for individual children, we are sometimes able to offer universal or targeted groupwork or assemblies on a range of topics from healthy relationships to hate crime.
- We currently offer placements for students studying Social Work, Criminology and Counselling and work in partnership with Oxford Brookes and Bucks New Universities.
- We love to hear from schools and settings where students might choose to fundraise or raise awareness of our services, and we’d be happy to come in to talk to staff or pupils.
We love to connect with other organisations doing great work locally. We know that through working with community and youth groups we can find mutual benefits, build trust and get the most from the resources we have to offer.
